SERVES 4

1 Onion, chopped
1 Tbs Canola oil
500g Minced beef
2 Tbs Cake flour
1 Tsp Tomato sauce
2 Tbs Chutney
180ml Beef stock
4 Large potatoes
Knob of butter
A little milk
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Grated cheese (for topping)
