Recipes: Sarah Graham’s Mini Molten Chocolate Cakes and Coconut Fish Curry

300g dark chocolate, roughly chopped
50g unsalted butter, softened
150g icing sugar
4 eggs
1tsp vanilla extract
2Tbsp cake flour
50g white chocolate, roughly chopped
1-2 tbsp olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tsp each of cumin, dried coriander and dried chilli flakes
1-2 tsp medium strength curry powder
1/2 stick cinnamon
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 thumb-sized piece of fresh root ginger, roughly peeled and grated
1 tin chopped, peeled tomatoes
1 tin coconut milk
