Wonderbag Braised Chicken With Capers and Parsley

Serves 4

Ingredients:

60ml (¼ cup) olive oil

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

4 chicken drumsticks

4 chicken thighs

1 onion, chopped

125ml (½ cup) fresh parsley, finely chopped, plus extra to serve

80ml ( cup) capers, well rinsed

250ml (1 cup) chicken stock

80ml ( cup) white wine vinegar
